Richard H. D’Antonio

Mr. D’Antonio focuses on general management, operational performance improvement, technology innovation, family business, organizational structure, transition management, and business development. A seasoned professional with big picture vision and detail focus, he continues to serve as a mentor, executive coach, confidant, trusted advisor and change agent to the domestic and international business communities.
Prior to founding Fusion Advisory Services his practical work experience includes executive management, operations, manufacturing, materials management, distribution, technology strategy and optimization, management consulting and government DoD contracting. His 45-year career included stints with Babcock and Wilcox, Massey-Fergusson, Diebold, Bristol-Myers Squibb, RHD & Associates, Dixon Ticonderoga, Transpo Electronics and Complete Parachute Solutions.
Mr. D’Antonio possesses a consistent track record of optimizing operational performance, enhancing profits and increasing enterprise value of manufacturing, distribution and service companies within the medical, automotive electronics, consumer products and aerospace/defense industries. He has developed long term strategic plans with capital budgets that included updating of antiquated infrastructures, product life cycles, organizational structures, legacy communication and information systems. He directed several successful implementations of ERP systems, and sponsored multiple Six Sigma projects, Lean Manufacturing initiatives and ISO/QS certifications.
He has held the offices of President and CEO, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer. In addition to serving on a number of domestic and international, public and private company boards of directors, he has served as an active member of the Audit, Compensation and Strategic Planning Committees.
Mr. D’Antonio is a graduate of Canton College in Canton, Ohio and has participated in and instructed a variety of management and technical seminars. He is a charter member of the Canton area chapter of the American Production and Inventory Control Society, a member of Association of Information Technology Professionals.
